These Terms of Service govern your use of the MemoraNest website and the purchase of a MemoraNest license.

Product

MemoraNest is a self-hosted private family photo and video archive software product. Purchase includes the software package, installation materials, and a license for the domain specified at checkout, unless otherwise stated.

License

• Each standard purchase includes one domain license.
• The license is personal or business-use only for the licensed purchaser.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the MemoraNest package as your own product.
• Use on additional domains requires an additional license or upgrade.

Customer responsibilities

• You are responsible for your hosting account, domain configuration, and backups.
• You are responsible for keeping your admin credentials secure.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of uploaded content complies with applicable law.

Support

MemoraNest may provide installation guidance and reasonable product support by email. Support does not include custom development unless separately agreed.

No unlawful use

You may not use MemoraNest for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful purposes.

Disclaimer

MemoraNest is provided on an “as is” basis. While we aim to provide a reliable and high-quality product, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation on every hosting environment or third-party service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemoraNest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software or website.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website or product after updates means you accept the revised terms.
