MemoraNest is self-hosted software. All photos, videos, and personal memories uploaded by your family members are stored exclusively on your own server — not on MemoraNest servers, not in any third-party cloud, and not accessible to us in any way. We have zero access to your family content.

• Basic website analytics or technical information needed to operate and secure the site.
• Payment information is processed by Stripe. MemoraNest does not store your full payment card details.
